Bradley James Sweeney brings more than 20 years of experience in international capital markets and multi-asset research, spanning investment banking, securities research, asset allocation, capital operations and global market strategy.

Since entering Wall Street in 2005, he has held roles at Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas Securities and Deutsche Bank Securities, focusing on corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, cross-asset allocation, portfolio management and risk control.

Since joining Horizon Crest Capital Inc. in 2026, he has led global multi-asset research, corporate investment strategy analysis and the development of the firm's fintech business framework.

David Mitchell has more than 18 years of professional experience in financial compliance, risk management and investor protection, with deep, hands-on expertise in MiFID II, European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) regulatory standards, anti-money laundering (AML) and customer due diligence.

Before joining Horizon Crest Capital, Mitchell served as a senior compliance manager at Santander Asset Management, where he was responsible for building compliance frameworks, implementing regulatory policy, internal review and risk monitoring. Well versed in the regulatory requirements of cross-border financial business, he is able to coordinate legal, compliance, investment and operations teams to identify potential risks and design appropriate controls.

Daniel Charles has a deep Wall Street quantitative-trading background, with a focus on the application of artificial intelligence in financial markets. He is the lead architect of several AI-based trading models and a core engineer of Horizon Crest's AI-driven signal system, skilled at turning complex high-frequency data into actionable trading insight.

He is expert in AI pre-market signal detection, momentum and volume machine-learning models, high-frequency data-structure analysis, and the optimization of AI short-term momentum factors. His expertise helps the team make more precise and efficient trading decisions in dynamic market conditions.

Marie Thompson is a senior market strategist specialising in AI-enhanced industry analysis and macro-trend research.
